The Halifax office of Drake International is currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator for our client located in Halifax, NS. This is a full time permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Inside Sales working with the sales team to track new opportunities, client files, managing opportunities
• Creating customer centric quotations & proposals
• Establishing and maintaining support and maintenance contracts and renewals
• Maintaining CRM system
• Assisting the sales team
• Providing weekly and quarterly forecasts and reports to management
• Delivering highest quality customer service
Requirements Qualifications:
• Post secondary education, up to 5 years experience
• Previous experience working in a Sales Support or Administration
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint ,Excel; and SAP
• Superior communication Skills
• Self motivated and deadline driven
• Detail oriented
• Previous call centre and or Inbound/Outbound Telephone Sales Experience an asset
